Describe your problem — CFDWAYS will tell you whether it can be solved by numerical simulation, what data is needed and the expected timeline.
Describe your problem
You do not need the full data set to start. A few lines about the equipment and what is going wrong are enough to begin a technical conversation.
Hanoi office

After you send it
Four steps, free of charge until both sides agree on the scope of work.
Confirmation email
Right after you send it you receive a confirmation from info@cfdways.com — the request has reached the engineering inbox.
An engineer reads it
Within 24 working hours, the engineer responsible for your equipment group answers: whether simulation can solve it, and what data is required.
Technical discussion
One call or a few emails to clarify operating conditions, the measurements you already have, and the quantitative target.
Scope proposal
Scope of work, the list of data to be provided, timeline and cost — before you commit to anything.
Information to prepare in advance
The more of the items below you have, the more the preliminary assessment can focus on engineering, with fewer follow-up requests for data. Requests with incomplete data can still be sent; CFDWAYS will specify the minimum set to collect.
- Equipment drawings — 2D drawings, piping ISO drawings, or a CAD model if available.
- Operating conditions — flow rate, temperature, pressure and fluid composition at the current operating point.
- Existing measurements — DCS data, field measurement results or the most recent test report.
- The symptoms — what is observed, since when, and how often.
- A quantitative target — the number you want to reach: the percentage cut in consumption, the efficiency points gained.
